All ordered are shipped by Royal Mail or another tracked service. We requested this tracking information can be supplied via email. Delivery is usually next day from dispatch.

All our prices are based on volume and therefore our because our trade customers order in volume they received better pricing, compared to an end-user who may only order 1m for example.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer special ink printing. This is something that we are keen to provide, but requires an additional printer setup to avoid any downtime on our main printers. Please keep checking back.

All orders are sent on a next day service, however dispatch time can vary (dependant on complexity of the job, how busy we are and stock availability), but generally they are dispatched 24-48 hours after the order has been received.

We don’t offer a sample service as most customers use our online ordering tool to place a sample order if needed.
